Vibration Condition Monitoring (VCM) is a collection of non-invasive data gathering and analysis techniques that greatly reduce the likelihood of unplanned equipment failures while also reducing the need for expensive planned maintenance (PM) programs.

THERMOGRAPHIC SURVEY

A widely used tool in all facets of industry to measure anywhere a fault can be predicted by a temperature differential. CAC provides instantaneous results with little or no disruption of service, and can be conducted in parallel with a Vibration Survey.

Electrical Distribution
Non-destructive tool in the analysis and evaluation of electrical distribution equipment. In the marine environment the presence of engine and hull related vibration has an effect on electrical components and connections.

Thermal Trending
Compares temperature differentials over time.

Fuel Flow Meter Vibration
Flow meter are susceptible to vibratory responses that can negatively impact the longevity of the flow meters. CAC has devised means to mitigate these negative impacts and the role they play on these components.

Acoustic Imaging
Acoustic imaging for compressed air and natural gas leak detection is a non-invasive technology that uses highly sensitive microphones and advanced sound analysis to identify and locate leaks.
